Mô tả công việc
Sales & Account Management
-
Meet monthly sales and profit targets.
-
Visit at least 15 customers per week including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and food processors.
-
Develop new customers and grow existing accounts.
-
Build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts (chefs, purchasing, F&B managers, general managers).
-
Proactively follow up by email and digital platforms to ensure customer satisfaction.
-
Introduce CFF products and solutions, understand customer needs, and close deals.
-
Fill in tender lists, prepare quotations, and manage customer orders.
-
Support customer service with accurate order handling and delivery coordination.
-
Handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery, etc.
CRM & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate customer records and updates on digital CRM platforms.
-
Monitor competitors and customer feedback, compile and analyze data.
-
Prepare and submit reports on time as requested by management.
-
Be proactive and organized, using Excel and reporting tools for tracking sales and performance.
Debt Collection Support
-
Assist accounting to collect outstanding payments (only when customers have paid off).
Prospection & Business Development
-
Engage in active prospection by phone, in-person visits, and networking.
-
Present and promote new products effectively to potential clients.
Event Participation
-
Join and interact with customers at all events related to brand promotions.
-
Be prepared to attend evening events with suppliers and customers when necessary.
-
During trade visits in the market, ensure supplier agenda and objectives are supported and followed.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Horeca sales or key account management in the food industry.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive, motivated, dynamic, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Good understanding of marketing, prospecting, and client relationship management
