Job Description
• Support SM to manage and monitors sales team activities.
• Lead the team to achieve the target.
• Communicates Retail Team Strategy.
• Formulates strategies and action plans to achieve CFF sales and margin objectives.
• Propose A&P with the SM within budget allocated and build business plan with customers.
• Directly Manage key accounts.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Prospect for potential new key clients and turn this into increased business.
• Sets and controls basic call procedures, frequency of visits to ABC type of customers; focus of sales activities to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force.
• Other tasks assigned by SM.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with supervisor level.
- Prior experience in MT channel sales
- Communication skills, advice, negotiation
- Planning and implementation skills
- Management skills, training, staff development
- English speaking
- Meticulousness, focused on results, able to work in groups, high commitment
