Mô tả công việc
- Maintaining and growing the revenue of existing customers.
- Discover the needs of customers to develop business.
- Make a plan to manage and develop the coverage of products on the market.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by management.
- Customer care and tightly sales tracking according to the schedule.
- Directly implement, and supervise the performance of contracts, including procedures for delivery of goods, issuing invoices, returning.

- Support the accounting department to expel the debt, only the responsibility when the customer has paid off.
- Make quotations, create and negotiate contracts to close the deal but not directly sign contract. Monitor the contract liquidation process.
- Propose the contract implementation method with customers and propose the effective plan to approach customer.
- Report on inventory, sales speed at the supermarket and propose solutions to push sales/ clear slow-moving stock to the person in charge.
- Manager and monitor Merchandiser activities, make sure they complete tasks according to the schedule.
- Make sure fieldwork on the working plan, send report on time.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or University, preferably Economics/Business Administration
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the FMGC industry at supermarkets, convenience store chains...
- Have experience and relationships with supermarket chains and convenience chains
- Experience in negotiating commercial contracts with supermarket chains, convenience store chains..
- Good sales data analysis and evaluation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Accept business trips to local Supermarkets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
