Fine Dining Lovers by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna in partner with Classic Fine Foods, collaborates with Park Hyatt Saigon in Saigon and Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72 to launch the first ever guest chef collaboration series.
Michelin Star Chef Olivier Limousin join this exclusive collaboration to present the great dishes including fine ingredients such as Caviar, Truffle, Black Cod and Quail in the five-course menu, and a special wine pairing from Celliers d'Asie.
The dinners will take place on 23rd October at Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72, and on 26th October at Park Hyatt Saigon.

Chef Olivier Limousin has worked in a variety of Michelin Star restaurants. After eight years of successful management in London, he came to Bangkok to open L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon – Bangkok and gained one Michelin Star for the restaurant in 2017. As a very dedicated chef, Chef Olivier Limousin has been involved in several TV cooking programs, such as “BonAppetit Bien Sur”, “Cartes Postales Gourmandes” as well as “Master Chef UK and Thailand”.
