Job Description
- Support in daily operational tasks of the HR Department to different business groups.
- Support in translation for HR-related documents and prepare HR-related reports, analyze
- data as needed.
- Assist HR team in preparing necessary documents and welcoming new employees.
- Other tasks are to be assigned depending on potential and interest.
Job Requirement
- Working location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7.
- Fresh graduate from relevant majors, HR background or experience as a similar junior HR
- role is a plus.
- A team player and quick learner, desire to work in Human Resources.
- Hardworking and can work independently and under pressure, pay attention to details.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, handling confidential information with discretion and maturity.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Nice to have: Experienced in coordinating and/or organizing events.
