HR Intern

Job Description

• Support in daily operational tasks of the HR Department to different business groups.

• Support in translation for HR-related documents and prepare HR-related reports, analyze data as needed.

• Assist HR team in preparing necessary documents and welcoming new employees.

• Other tasks are to be assigned depending on potential and interest.

• Expected internship duration: 03 months at minimum (5 days at work per week).

Full-time from Monday to Friday

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Requirement

• Working location in Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7

• Fresh graduate from relevant majors, HR background or experience as a similar junior HR role is a plus

• A team player and quick learner, have a desire to work in Human Resources.

• Hardworking and can work independently and under pressure, pay attention to details

• Good verbal and written English communication.

• Strong interpersonal skills, handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Nice to have: Experienced in coordinating and/or organizing events
