Job Description
- Maintaining and growing existing customers.
- Find out the needs of customers to develop business. Search for new/potential customers
- Make plans to manage and develop the coverage of products on the market.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by management.
- Customer care and sales according to the schedule
- Directly implement, supervise the performance of contracts, including procedures for delivery of goods, issuing invoices, returning.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
- Support the accounting department to expel the debt, only the responsibility when the customer has paid off.
- Make quotations, create, and negotiate contracts to close the deal but not directly sign the contract. Monitor the contract liquidation process.
- Propose the contract implementation method with customers, and propose an effective plan to approach customers.
- Report on inventory and sales speed at the supermarket to the person in charge.
- Manage and monitor Merchandiser activities, making sure they complete tasks according to the schedule.
- Make reports by the Manager.
- Make sure to complete following the working plan, and send report on time.
Job Requirement
- Working in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
- Fairly good communication skills in English
- Priority given to candidates with experience in MT channel sales.
- Knowledge of sales system/process, live display
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to handle documents related to assigned tasks
